(Boadicea Way, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boadicea Way, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Layer Road for a distance of approximately 360m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2290517 ? Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signage and lining installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Layer Road, Gosbecks Road, Gosbecks Road Roundabout, Shrub End Road, Boadicea Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30/40mph Speed Limit) (No.2) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily introduce a 30/40mph speed limit in the lengths of road in the schedule.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27/02/20, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alleyne Way, Jaywick in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Union Road to its junction with Park Square East, a distance approximately 245m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/02/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2290248 ? Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Park Square East, Marlowe Road, Union Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 13.02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Lane, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Lane, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Coast Road to its junction with City Road, a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000889721 ? Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas service disconnection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Coast Road, Firs Chase and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Packards Lane, Wormingford/Fordham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Packards Lane, Wormingford and Packards Lane, Fordham in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Main Road for a distance of approximately 475m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2289781-2289786 ? Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Packards Lane, Fordham Road, Main Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Spring Road, St Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Road, St Osyth in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Clacton Road to its junction with Church Square, a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00JAN30EAVRZ989 ? BT).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cable works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Church Square, The Bury and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Maldon Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of Bus Lane) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Alexandra Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a southeasterly direction.
