(Creeksea Ferry Road, Ballards Gore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Creeksea Ferry Road, Ballards Gore in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Paglesham Road for a distance of approximately 190m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/03/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000WANKTP0A01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road, Anchor Lane, High Street, Lambourne Hall Road, Creeksea Ferry Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Hatley Gardens, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hatley Gardens, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 40m south of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/03/20 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEWAMHRM4F02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ductworks are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Hatley Gardens, London Road, High Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point District, from its junction with Stanley Road to its junction with Grasmere Road, a distance of approximately 515m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/03/20 for 3 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286701A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic island and lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Kenneth Road, Bread And Cheese Hill, Kents Hill Road North and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, no Loading and no Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27/02/20, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 45m west of its junction with Wiggins Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29/02/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBYELLRD08 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct clearing works are undertaken by BT. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clock House Road, Little Burstead, in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Botney Hill Road to its junction with Laindon Common Road, a distance of approximately 310m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/02/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W000WANET63L25 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Tye Common Road, Sudburys Farm Road, London Road, Laindon Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Kennel Lane, Noak Hill Road, Laindon Common Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Botney Hill Road, Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Clock House Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/02/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W000WANET63L26 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Botney Hill Road, Hatches Farm Road, Tye Common Road and vice versa.
