(Ulting Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ulting Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Nounsley Road to its junction with Maldon Road, a distance of approximately 855m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/03/20 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2284636 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Link Road, Ulting Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Manor Street, Victoria Street and Fairfield Road, Braintree) (Temporary Parking and Waiting Restriction) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 intends to make the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Essex County Council (Manor Street, Victoria Street and Fairfield Road, Braintree) (Temporary Parking and Waiting Restriction) Order 2020 Effects of the order: To suspend various parking and waiting restrictions in Manor Street, Victoria Street and Fairfield Road, Braintree and introduce no waiting and no loading at any time. The restrictions are required to avoid danger to the public and other traffic on the road
1. To suspend no stopping except taxis and replace with no waiting and no loading at any time in the following lengths of road in the district of Braintree

The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 shall be temporarily amended in so far as it relates to the parking and waiting restrictions detailed in this Notice.
The Order will come into operation on 02 March 2020 and may continue in force for up to 18 months or until it is made permanent
(Albert Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Albert Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Albert Road, Witham in the District of Braintree from its southern junction with Braintree Road to its northern junction with Braintree Road as detailed in "The Essex County Council (Albert Road, Witham) (One Way Traffic) Order 1979.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/02/20 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0133356168 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Chipping Hill, Superstore Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 13/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fairstead Hall Road, Fairstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Hall Road, Fairstead in the District of Braintree from its junction with Braintree Road to its junction with Fairstead Road, a distance of approximately 1570m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/02/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2290068 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fencing and guardrail works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Fairstead Road, New Road, Owls Hill, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 13/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30/40mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily introduce a 30/40mph speed limit in the lengths of road in the schedule. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 13/02/20, exact dates will be specified on
. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
