ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.114/3/1, WRELTON) ORDER 2015 NO 420 made on 22nd December 2015, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 25.114/3/1, Wrelton, in the District of Ryedale, | due to the safety of the public until the bridge is replaced. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 22nd June 2016 until 21st December 2016 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale.
