An application has been made by Tylers Discount Store Ltd for a premises licence for 8 Devonshire Road, Burnham On Crouch Essex CM0 8BH.The application provides for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 09.00-18.00 Monday to Saturday ,09.00-16.00 Sunday .The full application, setting out the details of the licence sought can be viewed by inspecting the Licensing Register at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interest Party must be made in writing to the above address .It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
