Notice is hereby given that Amar Sharma has applied in respect of the Yak and Yeti, 14 Magdalen Street, CO1 2JT, for a premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Sale of Alcohol and late night refreshment from 12:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or Online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
