Forliksrådet i Oslo - Avd. 1 Case No. F2019-020749 Complainant: Staten v/ NAV Innkreving, 9717 Kirkenes, Org.nr. 974 650 991 Defendant: Rune Asheim, 1 Alswitha Terrace, King Alfred Place, UK - SO23 7DQ The Complainant has filed a complaint against the Defendant with Oslo Conciliation Board with a demand for payment of NOK 233.202,- with the addition of interest at the legal rate and legal costs. The Defendant is ordered to reply to the Conciliation Board in writing by 03.04.2020 stating whether or not the Defendant acknowledges and accepts the Complainant’s claim. If a reply has not been delivered prior to the expiry of the stated time limit, judgment by default can be pronounced on the basis of the Complainant’s representation of the facts of the case. As the Defendant has no known address, service will be executed with authority in the Courts Act Section 181. The complaint and order to reply will be deemed to have been legally served when it has been posted at the legal venue for four weeks. The documents pertaining to the case can be collected from the Conciliation Board’s offices at Pilestredet 19, 0033 Oslo, Norway. The documents can be sent to a new address supplied by the Defendant if the Defendant so requests.
