BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(STUBBS HILL, BINFIELD) [TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) Stubbs Hill, Binfield
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via B3018 Church Lane, Ryehurst Lane or by this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while a new gas service is laid.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 09th March 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 09th March - 13th March 2020.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
