AIRPORTS ACT 1986 BYELAWS
London Southend Airport Company Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to make an application to the Secretary of State for Transport to approve airport byelaws under Section 63 of and Schedule 3 to the Airports Act 1986 (the “Byelaws”). Copies of the proposed Byelaws are available for inspection, free of charge at the offices of London Southend Airport Company Limited at the address below, at any time between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm until [one month] 2020. Copies of the proposed Byelaws (or any part of them) may also be obtained from the following website: southendairport.com. Any person wishing to make representations on the proposed Byelaws should do so in writing to the Secretary of State for Transport by no later than 5.00pm on [one month] 2020.
