Notice is hereby given that Love Thy Burger has applied in respect of the premises at 58 High Street, Colchester, for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of Alcohol 11am-11pm, Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 3rd February 2015, to the Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
