Notice of application to vary a Club Premises Certificate.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council to vary the premises licence under section 17 of the licensing Act 2003.
Details of the variation are as follows:
The Crofton Club, 31 Titchfield Road, Stubbington, Fareham.
To allow for the extra provision of alcohol sales and entertainment within the hours of 09:00 and 2:00am on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or viewed at our website www.fareham.gov.uk. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to:
The Licensing Officer, Department of Health and Regulatory Services, PO BOX 14, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham P016 7PR by no later than 28 days from this date of notice.
The closing date for representations is: 2nd March 2020.
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
Is is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (5000).
