Application has been made to Lambeth London borough council for the full variation of license of under section 34 of the act by Olive Crown restaurant, 3 Cavendish Parade, Clapham Common Southside, London, SW4 9DW, to extend the opening time to sell breakfast from 06:30 to 11:00 from Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and the record of the application may be inspected at the office of Lambeth council at between 9:00 hrs - 17:00 hours Monday - Friday except public holidays. We have also applied for the permission to have live music Monday to Sunday 15:00 hrs - 23:00 hrs.
Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested part must be made in writing to the council by 23rd February 2020.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a minimum fine of £5000.
