LICENSING ACT 2003 Application to Vary Premises Licence
We, Timothy Taylor & Company Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Bradford Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Royal Oak, Damside, Keighley BD21 1QD, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To remove some conditions from the operating schedule which are outdated, redundant or unenforceable, and to replace them with alternative conditions which are more appropriate and proportionate. There no proposed changes to licensable activities or permitted timings. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
