Notification of Decision – Planning Application Accompanied by An Environmental Statement Essex County Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended) Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has granted planning permission for an interim scheme to provide a dual carriageway link road between Sheering Road and the new M11 Junction 7A, to enable Junction 7A to become operational in the period prior to the construction of the approved Phase 2B at land between Sheering Road and the M11 Motorway – Application reference: CC/EPF/65/19 The environmental information accompanying the application has been taken into account in reaching this decision. (Woodside, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodside, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 55m south of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/03/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEWANFC18T02 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construct joint chamber works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Woodside, High Road Thornwood, Thornwood Road, The Plain, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th February 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(The Green, Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Green, Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Coppice Road to its junction with Avenue Road, a distance of approximately 95m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2292002 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Coppice Row, Theydon Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(London Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close London Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Church Langley Way to KAO Park junction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17/02/2020 to 21/02/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while reinstatement works relating to a section 50 is undertaken. The alternative route will be via London Road, B183, A414, Church Langley Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17/02/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Goldings Road to its junction with Seymours, a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/02/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2262092 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signing and lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Goldings Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Burney Drive/Mannock Drive, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit and Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Burney Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest from its junction with Goldingham Avenue to its junction with Jessel Drive, a distance of approximately 650m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Mannock Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest from its junction with Hanson Drive to its junction with Willingale Road, a distance of approximately 265m.
3. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in the above lengths of road only.
4. To temporarily introduce a ‘No Waiting’ restriction on both sides of the carriageway in the above lengths of road only. ‘The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019’ will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order shall remain in force. The closures are scheduled to commence on 17/02/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153052898 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Jessel Drive, Willingale Road, Etheridge Road, Colebrook Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Lower Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 45m north of its junction with Englands Lane for a distance of approximately 25m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17/02/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU303000031380619-001 – Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe repair works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Goldings Road, Englands Lane, Lower Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
