LICENSING ACT 2003 – MAJOR VARIATION
An application has been made to London Borough of Hounslow to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, Duke Green Avenue, Feltham, TW14 0LH. The existing premises licence already permits alcohol sales 24 hours per day from 06:00 on Monday through until 00:00 on Saturday. This variation proposes to align Monday and Sunday with the rest of the week and allow sales for 24 hours on those days. The proposal and conditions have been agreed with the Police in advance of this application. ANYONE WISHING TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS TO THIS APPLICATION MUST GIVE NOTICE IN WRITING BY 10/03/2020.
