NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that A.F. BLAKEMORE & SON LTD TRADING AS BLAKEMORE RETAIL

of Longacre Industrial Estate, Rosehill, Wlllenhall, WV13 2JP has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the SPAR at 43/45 HIGH STREET, CHIPPING SODBURY, BS37 6BA

For the sale/supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises on a daily basis (including Bank Holidays, Good Friday and Christmas Day) between the hours of 06.00 - 23.00 hours

Hours premises are open to the public 06.00 -23.00 hours daily (including Bank Holidays, Good Friday and Christmas Day)

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN

Any representations must be made by 4th March 2020 after date no objections will be considered.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four licensing objectives.

It is an offence, liable on conviction of up to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
