DECEASED ESTATE'S NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Noreen Mary GELL, late of 9 Branksome Hall Drive, Darlington DL3 9SR, who died on 8 November 2014, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his interest or claim to the below-named Executor of the estate on or before 23 March 2015, after which date the said Executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which she has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notice.
