LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I Ellena Maria Valente Benton hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of The Green Barn Farm Shop, A130 North Bound, North Benfleet SS12 9JR. The proposed licensable activity is: for the sale by retial of alcohol between the hours of Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 10am - 4pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon Essex Ss14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday and Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
