Notice is hereby given that We, Durham University South College, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SOUTH COLLEGE PITCAIRN BUILDING SOUTH ROAD DURHAM CITY DURHAM DH1 3QT for the grant of a Club Premises Certificate to permit the following proposed licensable activities: The supply of alcohol (on & off supplies), provision of indoor sporting events, plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar (all indoors) from 10:00 - 02:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Also, up to a maximum of 3 outdoor events during June or July. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 28 February 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
