Notice is hereby given that on 30 January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Avanticell Science Limited, having its registered office at Gibbsyard Building, Auchincruive, Ayr KA6 5HW, craving the court, inter alia, that Avanticell Science Limited having their registered office at Gibbsyard Building, Auchincruive, Ayr KA6 5HW ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional Liquidator and an inter im liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 30 January 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Court of Session, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given, and meantime, appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow Gl 6NU to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 12 of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
