LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
The Curious Mr Fox Company Limited has applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for unit 35a-c, The Riverwalk, Durham as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol on the premises, the performance of live music (indoors only) between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00 Monday to Thursday (inclusive), 09:00 and 02:00 Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 and 00:00 on Sundays together with the playing of recorded music (indoors only), between the hours of 08:00 and 01:00 Monday to Thursday (inclusive), 08:00 and 02:00 Fridays and Saturdays and 09:00 and 00:00 on Sundays. The licensable activities specified in this proposed application may be provided from the end of the specified finish times on any day which is a New Year’s Eve to the beginning of the start times on the following day (New Year’s Day). A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s Offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
