THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath Amersham AMS/56/1) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath Amersham AMS/56/1. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst tree works are executed along the River Misbourne through Barn Meadow. Alternative route is via the existing highway, using Mill Way, School Lane and Pondwicks to access pedestrian entrances to Barn Meadow. The Order will come into operation on 4th February 2020, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Bank Street, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bank Street from junction of Cock Lane for approximately 25 metres. Alternative route: Cock Lane, London Road, Gomm Road. The closure is required whilst reinstatement of the carriageway works take place commencing on 15 February 2020 between 09:30 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Flowers Bottom Lane, Speen in the Parish of Lacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Flowers Bottom Lane for distance of approximately120 metres. Alternative route: Flowers Bottom Lane, Chapel Hill, Speen Road, Valley Road, Coombe Lane, Main Road, New Road. The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works take place commencing on 10 February 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Church Lane, Great Kimble in the Parish of Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Lane for a distance of approximately 40 metres. Alternative route: Risborough Road, Aylesbury Road, Askett Village Lane, Lower Icknield Way. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (B4442 Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles in the Parish of Little Chalfont) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in B4442 Nightingales Lane for a distance of approximately 175 metres. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Vache Lane, Amersham Road, Cokes Lane. The closure is required whilst sewer connection works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Juniper Lane, Flackwell Heath in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Juniper Lane for a distance of approximately 35 metres. Alternative route: Wycombe Lane, Whitepit Lane. The closure is required whilst Thames Water ferrule repair in the carriageway works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. The closure is required whilst Openreach cable pulling, working in collaboration with Thames water works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hyde Lane, Hyde End in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hyde Lane for a distance of approximately 100 metres. Alternative route: Chesham Road, Frith Hill, Missenden Bypass, London Road. The closure is required whilst Openreach works for engineer safety of overhead cables works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. Road will closed only between 09:30-15:30 each day. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020 The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Bryants Bottom Road, Bryants Bottom in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bryants Bottom Road from Spring Coppice Lane for a distance of approximately 185 metres. Alternative route: Bryants Bottom Road, Hampden Road. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 10 February 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 7 February 2020
