ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Chestnut Avenue, Hampton
(Reference 20/013)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate reinstatement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce

a temporary prohibition of traffic in Chestnut Avenue, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Chestnut Avenue between its junction with Priory Road and a point outside the northern boundary of No, 2 Chestnut Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 15 February 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Kent Road, Mortlake Road and Forest Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Hospital Bridge Road, Whitton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hospital Bridge Road, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Hospital Bridge Road, between a point outside No. 1 Hospital Bridge Road and a point outside No. 5 Hospital Bridge Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2020 until 22 February 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of

18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Staines Road, Twickenham Road and A1316 and vice versa.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement

officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes. 7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure London Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a wall reconstruction, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in London Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in London Road in a south-bound direction from a point opposite the junction of Burnside Close and the junction of the London Road roundabout.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February 2020. The restrictions will be in force from 08.00 on 15 February 2020 until 18.00 on 18 February 2020 and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via London Road and Twickenham Road and via Mogden Lane, Whitton Dene and Rugby Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Park Road, Teddington Area

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the Park Road, Teddington area.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the following lengths of road: -

(a) Albert Road, between its junctions with Park Road and Victoria Road;

(b) Adelaide Road, between its junctions with Park Road and The Cedars;

(c) The Causeway, between its junctions with Broad

Street and Park Road; (d) Park Lane, between its junctions with Park Road and St Mary's Avenue.
The works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the closures will not be concurrent.
3. The order will come into effect on 17 February 2020. The restrictions will be in force from 17 February 2020 until 11 July 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Signed diversions will be in place for traffic affected by the closures in adjacent streets.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Footpath Closure PROW 264, Twickenham

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a wall reconstruction, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of PROW 264 which runs alongside Trafalgar Junior School, Third Cross Road.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall proceed in PROW 264 between Third Cross Road and Elmsleigh Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2020 until 23 February 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of

6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via Third Cross Road, Staines Road and Elmsleigh Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
