(District of Somerset West and Taunton) (Parishes of Comeytrowe and Bishops Hull) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of January 2020 Somerset County Council made the above order, as previously advertised on the 23rd day of January 2020, to introduce a temporary 30mph speed limit on the road specified in the Schedule to this Order.
The Order comes into effect on the 6th day of February 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to start on the 7* day of February 2020 for 180 days. No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order. Statement of reasons for making the Order
a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or

b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
