Notice of application for variation of premises licence under the licensing act 2003. Shaman Rashid applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 19/1/2015 for a licence to use the premises at 4 Whitby Road, Bradford, BD8 9JW for provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday midnight - 5am. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 17/02/2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 22/01/2015
