LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to York City Council on 3rd February 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, Unit 10, Monks Cross Shopping Park, Huntington, York, YO32 9GX for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 11:0 0 to 17:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Department, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YO10 3DS to be received by no later than 2nd March 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation.

or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a falsestatementinorinconnection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
