that Barry Jerome McGovern, the Personal Representative of Michael John McGovern (also known as Sean McGovern), deceased late of Mountainview, Letterbreen, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 9FJ has applied to the Land Registry to be registered, by virtue of adverse possession, for declaration that the deceased, was entitled to be registered as full owner of certain land situate at Letterbreen, County Fermanagh as set out on the map which may be inspected at the office of Land Registry at the address shown below.

Any person objecting to the application should write to the Registrar of Titles, 7 Lanyon Plaza, Belfast, BT1 3LP within 28 days of the date of this notice stating valid grounds of objection,
