Shire Hall Homes has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under Section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Braintree Green. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works: To resurface 27.3 square metres, the first 6 metres, of an existing track on Queenborough Lane, Braintree Green, CM77 6TD between Kenella & George Gardens with bedded gravel. The remaining 6 metres is to be free draining gravel. The application form and documents of the proposed works are available at the site of the proposed works or at Rayne post office between 9 and 5 until 6/3/2020.
