NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAYINHERTFORDSHIRE
THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(ST ALBANS CITY 104) MODIFICATION ORDER 2019
Theabove Order made on 11th December 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-
Adding to them a Byway Open to All Traffic commencing at a junction with Shenley Lane (public highway) at TL1629 0488 running West North West for approximately 90 metres to ajunction withthe North Orbital Road (public highway) at TL1621 0492.
Acopy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and at St Albans City & District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's St, St Albans AL1 3JE. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought at the price of £5. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Definitive Map Officer, Countryside and Rights of Way Service, CHN103, Environment and Infrastructure Department, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8DN (ref: STA/57/MOD) to arrive no later than 18th March 2020 and applicantsmust include particulars of the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Hertfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order if the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
