An exciting opportunity has arisen to enhance facilities in a picturesque, harbour side location with stunning views of Brownsea Island.
BCP Council is seeking a tenant to remodel, refurbish and extend Whitecliff Pavilion on a design, build, operate and maintain basis. The successful tenant would invest in and manage a multi­purpose facility that delivers sporting, recreation and catering services for existing users including sports organisations and new users integrating the wider community.
We are seeking offers from experienced, imaginative and competent prospective tenants who can achieve our vision to provide a vibrant, comfortable and modern commercial cafe and sports pavilion that compliments the park and its offer as an open space in facilitating sport and leisure pursuits by August 2021.
To demonstrate our commitment to this venture, the Council will contribute £100,000 to facilitate development, subject to a minimum of £100,000 private investment.
