Notice is hereby given that on 19 December 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr Sheriff Court by Weavers Court Limited (In Administration) craving the Court inter alia to order that Westscot Limited (Company Number SC593127), having their Registered Office at Eldo House, Monkton Road, Prestwick, KA9 2PB be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that in the meantime, Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Campbell Dallas Limited trading as Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 19 March 2015, ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Blair Milne to be the Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
