PROPOSED VARIATION TO LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: INCREASING LICENSABLE HOURS AND THE ADDITION OF ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 26th February 2020. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
