We, Premier properties (Essex) Ltd., hereby make application for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of BLUE BOAR, 177 VICTORIA AVENUE, SOUTHEND ON SEA, SS2 6EL. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are Vary hours of Supply of Alcohol and Live Recorded Music to Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 01.00 and Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 02.00. Vary Hours of Opening to Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 01.30 and Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 02.30..

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council) All representations shall be made in writing by 11th February 2015.. Representations should be sent to Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea B C, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS2 6ZG.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's address given above, between 8.30am an 4.45pm Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connections with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000)
