LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Iceland, Unit 1 Harwood Retail Centre, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4PY.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the North Dorset District Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0800 to 2300 and Sunday: 1000 to 2230.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Wednesday 11th February 2015 to the Licensing Section, North Dorset District Council, Nordon, Salisbury Road, Blandford, DT11 7LL where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
