Fifty5mlltd has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a Premises License under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Tuatara Bar, 23 St Edmund Street, Weymouth DT4 8AS and propose to carry on the following activities
Sale of Alcohol 0900-0500, and an exhibition of a film 0900-0500 and an indoor sporting event 0900-0500 and a performance of live music 0900-0200 and any playing of recorded music and providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in making music or dancing 0900-0500 and late night refreshment 0900-0500.

Responsible Authorities or any other person maymake representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 26-01-2015 and 23-02-2015. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
