Notice is hereby given that Beavertown Brewery Limited intends to apply for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Beavertown Brewery, Unit 7 Ponders End Industrial Estate, East Duck Lees Lane, Enfield EN3 7SR. It is proposed as follows:- Application is made for films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and sale of alcohol Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 - 00:00 and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 04:00. Application is also made for late night refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 - OttOO andThursday, Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 04:00.The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting

within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of field, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN I 3XH, or by emailing

, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 18 February 2020.The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
