LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATIONS) VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Hudson Leisure Ltd has applied in respect of the Ocean Holiday Park, South Road, Brean, Burnham-on-Sea TA8 2RD for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, to show reconfigured internal changes as well as the addition of an external bar servery in the patio area. Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. All operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 17th February 2020, to the Sedgemoor District Council Licensing Authority at Bridg­water House, King Square, Bridgwater; TA6 3AR. Alternatively, a copy is kept by; The Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays. It is on offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
