DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL FOOTPATH 11, HURWORTH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE), ORDER 2020
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 11, HURWORTH From a point 74metres south of the southern boundary of 3 Bank Top Cottages eastwards for 84metres
The Order is necessary due to flooding on the said footpath
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 30th January 2020
