The Abbeyfield Reading Society Ltd acting as Trustee of Eventide and Watts almshouses (charity registration number 1051498) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to sell the freehold properties 19 and 19A Hemdean Rise, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7SA. The flats are no longer suitable for the Charity's purposes.
