NOTICE IS GIVEN under section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Sutton of Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA intends to dispose of land at Alexandra Gardens, Carshalton on the Hill SM5 4U by way of the grant of a long lease for the purpose of building new residential accommodation including affordable homes for rent.
