NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Sutton of Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA intends to dispose of land at Stonecourt and Cottage 2 North Street Carshalton SM5 2HU and measuring approximately 498 square metres and forming part of Grove Park by way of the grant of a long lease for a term of 125 years for the purposes of residential accommodation and intends to dispose of land and premises known as garages and land adjacent to Stone Court and Cottage 2 North Street Carshalton SM5 2HU and measuring approximately 400 square metres and forming part of Grove Park by way of the grant of a long lease for a term of 125 years to allow the property to be used as residential accommodation and/or offices.
