LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that BCR Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council on 16th January 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Birmingham New Road/Ivy House Lane, Bilston, CoseleyWest Midlands, WVI4 9JH, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 13th February 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Strategic Director Place, Licensing Services, Unit I Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 IUF. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
