Notice is hereby given thatWestgate Oxford Alliance Nominee No. I Limited and Westgate Oxford Alliance Nominee No.2 Limited have jointly made an application to Oxford City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S. 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Kiosk I,Westgate Social, 125 The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX I IPB. In summary the application is for a Premises Licence to permit sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00am to 23:00pm, Monday to Sunday, and opening hours 08:00am to 23:00pm, Monday to Sunday. On New Year's Eve all permitted hours may continue until the start of hours permitted on New Year's Day. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this applica­tion must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Oxford City Council, St Aldate's Chambers, 109 St Aldate's, Oxford, OX I IDS on or before 12th February 2020.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
