I, Nick Carter, being the Acting Returning Officer for the Newbury constituency, hereby give notice that the returns and declarations as to election expenses for the Candidates and Election Agents can be inspected at West Berkshire Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RG14 5LD during normal office hours within the next two years.
