TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400509 MANOR ROAD (ASTON-SUB-EDGE PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400509 Manor Road from outside the property known as Glebe Farm to outside the property known as Spring Lea for a distance of approximately 100 metres.
The reason for the closure is to carry out permanent reinstatement of the carriageway. The road is expected to be closed between 09:30 and 15:30 on the 27th January 2020 only or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS HCC1 AND HCC13 (CHIPPING CAMPDEN TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpaths HCC 1 and HCC 13 as defined in the schedule below;
SCHEDULE
Part of Public Footpath HCC 1 from a point approximately 60 metres north of Dyers Lane extending in a general easterly direction for a distance of approximately 155 metres to its junction with HCC 13.
Part of Public Footpath HCC 13 from Dyers Lane extending in a generally north easterly
direction for a distance of approximately 150 metres to its junction with HCC 1.
The footpath falls within Chipping Campden Town in the Cotswold District, in the County of
Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary for safety reasons during construction works.
The Order will come into force on the 10th February 2020 until the 10th August 2020.
After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of
State for an extension of time.

Emergency access and pedestrian access will be maintained

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400532 Bell Bank from its junction with 400531 Chapel Lane to outside the property known as Broughton Cottage for a distance of approximately 30 metres.
The reason for the closure is for the installation of a new sewer connection within the carriageway.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATHS BKD/34 AND BKD/28 KEMPSFORD COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpaths BKD/34 and BKD/28 as described in the Schedule below. The closure is necessary to allow for construction works
This temporary closure Order came into force on the 1st March 2018 and was subsequently
extended by the Secretary of State for Transport to 1st March 2020 as works were incomplete.
However, works have still not completed, and a further extension has been granted, and will
last until 1st September 2021 or until the works are complete whichever is earliest.
The alternative route runs from Whelford Road to Footpath number BKD/27.
Pedestrian access to properties and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of
the works.
The Schedule
Public Footpath BKD/34 in the Parish of Kempsford is to be temporarily closed from its junction with Whelford Road running in a generally southerly direction for approximately 621 metres to a point where it meets the RAF Fairford Boundary Fence. Public Footpath BKD/28 in the Parish of Kempsford is to be temporarily closed from its junction with Footpath BKD/34 running in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 602 metres to its junction with Footpath BKD/27.
