Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that we, Bar 1 Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BAR 1, 28-30 FRONT STREET, CONSETT. DH8 5AQ. A variation is sought to :- Remove the following licence conditions: “Any person attending the premises will not be allowed entry after 01:30”; “there will be three members of staff who hold a personal licence on duty at all times when licensable activities are undertaken”. Also, to amend a condition which requires the DPS and head SIA door supervisor to engage with pubwatch to “a staff member will attend pubwatch meetings as and when possible”. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
