Premises Licence Application

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
We James Frost and Steven Frost do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our premises licence at 162, Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 7LR known as Hewitt's. The application is to obtain a license to service alcohol on the premises during hours: 12:00 - 22:00 (Sun-Wed) 12:00 - 23:00 (Thurs-Sat) Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Conwy, LL30 9GN no later than 28 days after the date of this notice ( as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000. Dated 16th January 2020
