Application has been made by Hertfordshire Distillery Ltd to the licensing authority of Welwyn Hatfield Council for a Premises Licence for The Old Saddlery, Sutton's Farm, Woodcock Hill, St Albans AL4 9HJ for the supply of alcohol between 0930 and 2030 each day (Sun 1030 to 16.00). This application may be viewed by appointment at Licensing Section, Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6AE. A responsible authority or any other person may make written representation to the licensing authority at any time up to and including 15 February 2020 (

). It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on summary conviction shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
