The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
1. To extend the sale of alcohol to between 0000 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises.
2. Removal of condition 14, which restricts late night refreshment to hot drinks only.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 12 February 2020.
Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
