Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
I/We, Fake Festivals Ltd, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of ‘SOUTHEND FAKE FESTIVAL’ (the premises - a marquee and secured fenced area situated at Priory Park, (a defined area only) Southend on Sea, SS2 6ND. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Provision of live and recorded music between 11:45 and 23:00, Supply of Alcohol between 11:45 and 22:45. Open to the public between 11:45 and 23:00. An application for the above has been submitted for one Saturday per year. The date for the festival is August 15th 2020. Fake Festivals Ltd will inform the licensing authority of the date each year. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 13th February 2020. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) , Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale
